A Caricature Cartoon You: What To Expect
Our figurines styles are cute, funny, charming and absolutely adorable - an amazing cartoonish copy of you! We design each of our Mini Idol Personalised figurines to be fun and bring the cheer back into traditional gift giving!
It should be said that we don't model a completely photo-realistic copy of our customers - instead, we craft a 40% - 60% likeless with exaggerated features as is common in the art style of Caricature.

Ordering: How It Works
Ordering your Mini Idol Personalised Figurine.
- Our customers Choose and Buy from a wide range of figurine "bodies" from our catalogue.
- After purchase, Our customer simply emails us with their chosen photos and instructions.
- Our Artists get modelling and the figurine goes through a well-defined quality assurance system to ensure the best outcome.
- After just min. 2 - 3 weeks, the figurine is ready to be delivered to our customer. As to ensure the best service, we mainly ship via special delivery.

- Our customer send us an email about their gift idea and attaching a couple of relevant pictures.
- We reply with our thoughts on feasibility, availability, pricing and timescale to create the customer's gift idea.
- As with all our modelling activities, the figurine goes through a well-defined quality assurance system to ensure the best outcome.
- Depending on the number of figurines to be made, the figurine is ready to be delivered to our customer (min. 30 days). As to ensure the best service, we mainly ship via special delivery.
Orders made from/to overseas.
Unfortunately, we do not currently accept orders from international buyers. All customers must have a UK mainland address and postal code and their orders paid in GBP sterling.
We do not currently offer to ship internationally.

The products are made from a non-toxic and non-allergen material used widely by modelling professionals. We don't skim on the cheaper stuff and are generous in using as much material as needed so you can be sure your figurine arrives in the best possible condition and stays that way!

Q. How do I pay?
Mini Idol Personalised Figurines currently accepts to following methods of payments.

Changing Or Cancelling A Order
Q. How do I change an order?
We understand how last minute changes tend to creep in from time to time so if you need anything altering, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We'll happily do minor changes at the latest 10 days after you've confirmed your order. This means changes that don't require us to start over again! For major changes, such as redoing faces or hair, please contact us no later than 4 days after your order.
Q. How do I cancel an order?
We want our customers to be comfortable shopping with us risk-free and so are pleased to offer a 5 days money back guarantee. As you can understand, once we bake our material, we cannot reclaim it and so we advise our customers to let us know as soon as possible if there is a change of heart.
